BTW... I love to cook the sausages in the oven at 350 degrees for 7 minutes on each side. Defrost first. In the case of our larger diameter sausages like Kielbasa add 1 minute to each side. They also can be grilled or cooked in a pan over a medium heat turning them frequently to cook evenly.
